How can nutritional therapy help?

My approach is to make simple changes that are tailored to your life. I want your diet to fit naturally with your existing foods and lifestyle. I work with a compassionate style to empower you to make positive choices and combine foods that work together to naturally support your hormones.

To provide an example, there are a few food groups that are associated with negative reproductive outcomes and unexplained infertility. Ultra-processed foods, alcohol and refined sugars can impact your fertility. This is where our “moderation, not restriction” approach comes into its own. It’s not about eliminating everything within these groups but understanding how you can nourish your body with whole foods, whilst still enjoying less nutritious items in moderation.
